With the ZorgAdmin Scan App you can easily make scans with your phone or tablet of, for example, letters, notes, patient progress and other documents that you would like to keep (safely and digitally) in the patient's file. You can also make video recordings and record audio fragments with the Scan App. You can then send the scanning session directly and securely to ZorgAdmin. The file is immediately saved to the correct patient and is then automatically deleted from the device. Handy in the context of the GDPR! It is also possible to scan a purchase invoice or receipt and link it to the accounting in ZorgAdmin. So you no longer have to go through all kinds of (unsafe) bends to save your files digitally.
