I'm Dutch but live in the US, and tried working from the public library while visiting home. Simply doesn't work on my US phone at all, whether app or website. This is a bad service excluding anyone who doesn't have a Dutch phone number, sad that public libraries of all places (supposedly their mission is all about including everyone!) are using this.

Doesn't Work. It has you download an app to log onto the internet, which is obviously idiotic. I don't have internet to download an app, that's why I'm trying to log onto your internet. I managed to download the app using data and their process of sending login credentials still didn't work. I texted the help number and never got a response.

Weird unclear connection status, what sms, what login, non working previous login-it is hard to imagine bigger mess than this weird app which never was working. All the employers just gave their own wifi instead of using this miserable piece of monkey code.
