This app supports the configuration of your business telephony.
The app provides insight into your calls and voicemail. Missed calls can be returned directly from the app.
You can quickly forward all calls to voicemail, a colleague or other number or you can choose to present a recorded message stating that you are not available. If you have Fixed Mobile integration activated, you can set the way you want to be reachable and with whitch number/identity you want to call.
Users that are in a Callcenter can update their Agent status on the go.
This way you are reachable how you want and when you want.
