About this app

Manage recurring classes and single- or multi-day workshops, registrations, and payment status in one place. Students can mark themselves absent. If you allow make-up classes, they can arrange one themselves.

For studios and teachers:
- Publish public course and workshop pages
- Create courses, periods, lesson groups and workshops
- Set prices, capacity, minimum attendance and registration rules
- Accept online registrations and payments
- Use coupons for discounts or early access
- Manage waiting lists and invite people when registration opens
- Track students, registrations, credits and priorities
- Let students report absences themselves
- Open make-up spots automatically or manually
- Assign make-up spots manually when needed
- Sync schedules to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and Outlook
- Send studio emails and registration messages

For students:
- View upcoming classes and workshops
- Access studio information, pages, images and video
- Report an absence
- Register for available make-up spots when the studio allows this
- Keep their personal calendar in sync
- Manage their own participation from one clear app

Schedu is built for studios offering recurring classes, workshops or course periods, including creative studios, pottery studios, ateliers, music schools and other teaching practices.

Less manual planning. Fewer separate messages. More clarity for teachers and students.
