Build your class schedule in an instant – Schedu knows the public holidays and school breaks of 37 countries. By default, these days are skipped and the lesson period is planned around them. But as a teacher, you always have the final say in your dashboard.
Students log in with a magic link – no need to force yet another password on them. They can then cancel lessons themselves where applicable and sign up for make-up classes. At the deadline (a specific time before the lesson, decided by you), a smart lottery distributes the spots fairly. No hassle – for anyone.
Your online presence
Make your Studio, as we call it within Schedu, truly yours: upload your logo, set your brand color. Students see your Studio – not Schedu. Save money (and effort)? Schedu can help with that. You can point your own domain name to our servers – the only thing you need to do after that is enter your domain under Settings (so our server knows you want to link your domain) and Schedu does the rest. All the information you'd normally share on a website, you can simply add to your Studio. Text, images, videos. All there! ;-)
Registration form
Based on your schedule, Schedu builds a registration form that always knows exactly how many spots are available for each class. Share your registration form wherever you like, for example by embedding it as an iFrame on your existing website – ideal if it's still a step too far to make your Schedu Studio your new site. New students sign themselves up. Last spot taken? Then that course is automatically closed in the form. You'll never again have to figure out who fairly earned the last spot and who to disappoint because the form was closed too late.
Welcome emails with magic link are sent automatically to your new student. And with the AI assistant, Schedu even answers the WhatsApp and email questions from your students – or potential new customers – based on your schedule, the info in your Schedu Studio, and the knowledge gained from previously answered questions.
