Planning & assignments
The planning is central, so you will never forget an appointment. Link the assignments to relations and employees, you have immediately compiled the work lists. Return assignments by day, week, month schedule or plan based on week number entry.

Billing
Avoid double administration and save time by linking invoicing to the work performed. The PDF invoice is sent by e-mail within a few steps. VAT reverse charge & G account is fully supported for Dutch and Belgian regulations.
Key points of the billing system:
- Send digital invoice in PDF format.
- Collective invoicing of completed assignments.

Relationship management
You can divide relationships into clients and into customers. You can record all necessary contact data, enter orders, invoices and payments per customer. If you work on behalf of a contractor, you can adjust the print layout accordingly.

Notifications & pre-announcements
Sending your customers the advance notice has never been easier. Once the appointments have been scheduled, the announcements are automatically sent to the customer by email and / or SMS. You can adjust the personal message to your own liking.


Statistics & reports
Get a grip on the financial situation with extensive statistics and forecasts. An insight into the realized invoices and expected turnover per customer and work category. The statistics are very detailed and can be retrieved per year, month, week or day level.

Switch to Service Assistant
If you start with Service Assistant, it is possible to transfer your existing customer file. By completing the Excel import document and then importing it, you can directly enter the planning for your existing relations.
