About this app

Timechart is the time tracking app for Dutch SMEs. Designed for companies where work takes place outdoors: installation, construction, maintenance, landscaping, and services. Employees record their hours and materials per project, the employer approves and exports for payroll administration.

Deliberately kept simple. No scheduling, no complex timesheets, no hassle. LOG IN HOURS IN SECONDS
- Choose a project, a date, and your time
- From-to in 15-minute increments, or simply a total number of hours
- Deduct breaks if your employer has enabled that
- Add a short description if you wish
- New entries automatically adopt your last project and entry method

MATERIALS AND EXPENSES
- Choose a category: materials, tools, transport and parking, or other
- Add quantity, and optionally the amount in euros
- Customizable labeling so it appears recognizable on the export

OVERVIEW THAT ACCURATES
- Today: your day grouped by project, with your progress against the daily standard
- Week: all seven days with net hours and material lines, plus a weekly total
- Projects: your organization's projects with your hours per project this week
- Approved entries are visibly locked, so you never accidentally change something that has already been processed

WORKS ALSO WITHOUT REACH
Everything is stored locally on your device. In a crawl space, on a roof, or in the van without reception: saving is instant, without waiting for the network. As soon as you have a connection again, the app automatically synchronizes in the background.

FOR EMPLOYERS
As an employer, you get access to the "Approve" tab. There you can view your team's week and approve registrations per day, per day, or the entire week at once. Handy for on the go. Extensive filtering, locking periods, exports, and analysis are done in the web portal.

LOG IN WITHOUT A PASSWORD
You enter your email address and receive a login link and a code. No password to remember or forget. After that, you remain logged in.

PLEASE NOTE: YOU GET AN ACCOUNT FROM YOUR EMPLOYER
Timechart is business software. You cannot register here yourself. Your employer invites you, after which you log in with your email address. Is your company not using Timechart yet? Contact us!
