About this app

SmartPlan – your schedule and hours, always at hand

With the SmartPlan app, employees always have their personal work schedule and time tracking with them. The app is the mobile complement to the SmartPlan planning platform and is designed for use on the go and on location.

Planning
• View your personal daily and weekly schedule in a clear calendar
• Open an activity and immediately see all the details: title, description, type of work, and times
• View the job address on the map and navigate there easily
• Add photos to an activity, for example of the situation on location
• Create new activities yourself and invite colleagues

Time tracking
• Quickly find the right project by number or name
• Register your worked hours per project and type of work
• Add comments to your registrations
• View and manage your previous registrations

Who is it for?

SmartPlan is intended for employees of companies that work with the SmartPlan planning platform. You log in with the details you receive from your employer; the app cannot be used without an account.
