The concept itself is great and I've used this app many many times, but the last 3 times I rented a car I only had problems, which makes me not want to use the app anymore. Owners don't put any care into their cars; it feels like they just put their car to rent to make a quick buck, no matter the state of it. Two of those 3 times I ended up driving with a cracked windshield (which is technically illegal) because I couldn't reschedule and I already paid in advance. There are no checks whatsoever.

The booking I made (accepted and paid for) in the app disappeared after the owner cancelled (very short notice!). And no refund so far (16 days later).

so the app has some bugs first it said the car is in Eindhoven and after booking it is said the car is in Rotterdam. I can't cancel the booking and no refund. who made this app ?
