1. five euro deduction before you can use it and cannot be refund; 2. Keep asking you to upload profile photo and kept failing; 3. Those issues are not resolved more than 2 months; 4. Additional (mandatory) cost is hidden when you search cars. It only shows when you click each car option. Overall, I have been unable to use the app and they already charged me 5 euro.

Functionality is fine. Service is quite good and does what it is meant to which is complex made relatively simple. Text boxes for communicating are impossibly small, hard to see what you've written and hard to edit. Text layout in reservations is always jumbled up on samsung s10. Would like more flexibility and functionality in filters. The purpose of the app, to share cars, is well facilitated to encourage friendly communication and cover the bases of info, safety, responsability and privacy.

Scum. Don't do business with this company, the hassle and extra costs are not worth the cheap car. Takes a month to return the deposit. It is policy to "forget" to return it. You then have to ask for it and they promise to return it. Scam company. EDIT: Just don't do business with them. More than a month has passed and I still dont have my deposit back. A deposit on a rental should be returned once the vehicle is checked. Not held hostage in bureaucratic loops.

Dear Alessio, thanks for the feedback. When you start using SnappCar, you will pay for a deposit. Requesting back the deposit is something you have to do yourself, when you decide you will no longer user our platform. We will refund this to you within two weeks.
