Usually you get to find a car to do your job. What i find unnecessary is to be shown the prices without the extra costs that are fixed in any case and you can't avoid. Also it is super weird the fact that if you try to make a payment with the app using your debit account,you will be charged a deposit but doing the same on the browser that is not the case!! Plus you can only use a credit card on your own name only. (So my partners credit card was refused)

Dear Maria, thanks for the feedback! A deposit is not required if you pay with creditcard, only with Ideal. This counts both for web as apps. You can indeed only pay with a card that is on your name. Handling payments like this contributes to a more trustworthy community, which is to our mutual advantage! Cheers, team SnappCar

Functionality is fine. Service is quite good and does what it is meant to which is complex made relatively simple. Text boxes for communicating are impossibly small, hard to see what you've written and hard to edit. Text layout in reservations is always jumbled up on samsung s10. Would like more flexibility and functionality in filters. The purpose of the app, to share cars, is well facilitated to encourage friendly communication and cover the bases of info, safety, responsability and privacy.

Absolutely horrible experience as a first time user. I had to repeat my search about 10 times and in the end it didn't work. Taken through an ordeal of steps, half of them didn't work (like the email verification), then sent back, sent to the app, app didn't update trip, start all over again, then being asked to pay for verification, and at the end something went wrong with booking. Then tried again via the app and after inserting all parameters I'm asked to log in again! Waste of time and €€
