Ratings and reviews

This communication app is an absolute dumpster fire. Seriously, I'd rather send messages via carrier pigeon – at least then there's a chance they'd arrive. The notifications are completely unreliable; sometimes they pop up days later, other times they just vanish into thin air. And don't even get me started on the group chat – it's a laggy, glitching mess. Trying to have a conversation is like pulling teeth, with messages appearing out of order or disappearing altogether.

It makes communication with my team easy.
