Timebutler gives SME entrepreneurs control over hours, schedules, and leave. Time tracking, digital time clock, staff planning, leave registration, and absence registration are all integrated into one system.

Employees clock in via the app on their phone or via the time clock on a tablet. Leave requests, overtime, and schedule changes are handled digitally: no more text messages, phone calls, or Excel spreadsheets. Save up to 5 hours per week on administration.

As an employer, you see in real time what your people are working, who is on leave, and who still needs to clock in. Hours can be exported with a single click, ready for your payroll administration.

What Timebutler does:

- Time tracking: Employees record hours worked, breaks, and overtime. Automatic calculation, exportable with a single click and ready for your payroll administration.

- Digital time clock: Tablet at the entrance or the dedicated app on the phone. Clock in and out with a single tap, on existing tablets or phones; no special time clock hardware required. - Staff planning: Plan by day, week, department, or location. Changes are immediately visible to the entire team.

- Leave registration: Employees request leave via the app. You approve it in the dashboard. Balances update automatically.

- Absenteeism registration: Sick leave notifications, reintegration, and absence statistics in one place.

- Employee app: Employees view their schedule, hours, and leave balance in the app. They request leave, report availability, and sign up for open shifts.
