As an Assistant user, you now get even more assistance with the new AssiStem app! Manually transcribe meeting minutes after an extensive mortgage or advisory meeting is a thing of the past. Effortlessly record your notes, memos, and client conversations by automatically converting them from speech to text.

AssiStem is an app specifically designed for Assistant users. Using the latest AI technologies, you can easily convert voice memos and reports from, for example, mortgage advisory meetings, client meetings, meetings, or new ideas into text documents.

Do you often manually transcribe long client conversations? That's a thing of the past. Give your audio file a recognizable name, start a recording immediately, or upload an existing file. AssiStem does the rest and automatically generates a text document that you can read or download immediately. This gives you more time for your client(s).

After logging in for the first time, you can easily set up a quick login method. Choose a 4-digit PIN code, or log in even faster (and more securely) with your fingerprint or facial recognition.

Don't worry about potentially lost files. If a recording can't be converted immediately, it's securely stored locally on your device. You can retrieve all your requests through your history and retry failed recordings with a single click.

Good to know: AssiStem recognizes the most commonly spoken languages and converts the audio into text in the spoken language.
