the app works well enough, shame the company doesn't, 9 times out of 10 you get a notification saying we couldn't deliver we have taken the parcel to a pick up location 4.7km away a round trip of 9.4km,they don't even try to deliver. I hate it when I see POST NL will deliver your parcel tomorrow because I know they won't

I am about to receive a package from the USA to be delivered in Germany which is being forwarded in Europe by PostNL. Incredibly, all other third-party apps can find and track the package, but the PostNL app itself cannot.

Your application keeps asking me to use automated point but for 7 years it never been used. Instead if I am not home parcels are sent to a collection point that closes at 17:00.
