Sending a parcel is also easy via the app. Looking for a PostNL point? You can also easily find these in the app.
Curious about which mail is on its way to you? Activate Mijn Post in the PostNL app so you also have a full overview of all your mail (note: only available in the Netherlands).

False pop-ups, tracking with no updates, tracking links that don't show up even tho I have added them manually. Tracking info happens to be wrong allot of the time, packages that are wrongly delivered to a not selected service point instead of home. rather annoying commercials. it's not all bad, I will still use the app for it's post tracking. but the functionality has not improved over significantly the last year's usage.

Push notifications don't work after moving to another address. I can see what is handled by the sorting machines, but no notifications. On our previous address it worked perfect for mail and parcels. The chatbot doesn't work for this problem :(

When I open the app and log in, I am greeted by an error message. Then I'm sort of logged in but the app offers me a login anyway and half the functions aren't working. Reinstalling does not help either.

In this version, we’ve been working behind the scenes of the app. And in between, we’ve squashed a few bugs.
