Very frustrating experience. Just wanted to change delivery address. "To change, you need to make an account". I didn't want to make an account, but fine. Then, "sorry, you can only change in the app". I didn't want to download the app, but fine. Then, "sorry, you can't change from inside the app, we are validating your account" So, my simple request is still not filled and the package will be in the wrong place. Its like post NL tried to make this as customer unfriendly as possible.

Neutral Zone
To change the delivery address to a pickup point I had to register on the website, which then required me to download the app, which then requires verification of my address, but I have already entered my address both in the website and the app and didn't receive any verification. Therefore I couldn't change the delivery address to a pickup point but had to change to a different time which is also not suitable. And now I don't have a second chance to change address or time. Fak!

Please have this in English. Also not really about the app but PostNL itself. I have 5 houses directly across from mine. They are all neighbours. Why is it that when I miss a delivery, I get a slip, I can see there is an option to deliver to neighbours but y'all never do? Everytime I miss delivery that's an hour out of my day to go to the collection point. It's not that hard, neighbors are always home, just ring the bell man
