False pop-ups, tracking with no updates, tracking links that don't show up even tho I have added them manually. Tracking info happens to be wrong allot of the time, packages that are wrongly delivered to a not selected service point instead of home. rather annoying commercials. it's not all bad, I will still use the app for it's post tracking. but the functionality has not improved over significantly the last year's usage.

Can no longer rename incoming shipments. Delete the tracking code from the input field and the code immediately pops back in. Undeletable/unchangeable. Very strange. Have also not been able to input commas in the rename field (for years), I made do by inputting a period instead, but also very weird. What always happened if you typed a new name, but accidentally input a comma, the change was undone and lost. Would then have to retype the new name completely.

Notifications don't work, the chatbot doesn't work, and parcels are delayed or left unattended most of the time. Customer support never has responsibility for anything. I recommend using other shipping providers.
