Ratings and reviews

After so called privacy Update it became useless. It doesn't show your mail anymore unless it exactly matches the name you have registered. Example today I had 8 eight items in my mailbox. Some using initials, with and without dots, fullname, calling name etc. The app didn't show any mail. Delivery schedule of packages is also unreliable. I received my package planned for Monday only on Thursday. No updates where given in the mean time. If you use the contact button, you get a useless chatbot

terrible service. Don't even attempt to deliver( we have recording cameras) then report being unable to deliver, decide to send to a pick up point. But then won't even update where it's available. Then you cannot even make a valid complaint or get help with the useless ai bot. Not the first time I wait at home all day for a delivery that doesn't happen. Any company that wants to use Post NL as their delivery service I'll most likely avoid using them.

- Package delivery options not respected - False pop-ups - Tracking with no updates - Tracking info is often plain wrong - Tracking links that don't show up - No information on sender - Wrong time estimates - Dead tracking links, never delivered - Rather annoying commercials. 7-2026: It's gotten much worse, complete false info on tracking. I don't know how it could possibly get this bad.
