About this app

**VYS TMS** is the Transport Management System app for drivers working for freight carriers affiliated with VYS Scheduling.

Keep track of your workday, receive trip assignments and CMR consignment notes, and stay in touch with the scheduler — all from one place on your phone.

**Features:**

• **Workday Recording** — Start and end of work, rest, and breaks are automatically recorded for the Daily Report. GPS location is captured at start/end for verification.

• **Live Tracking During Work** — The scheduler sees your location during working hours so they can respond quickly to changes or new trips. Tracking stops automatically at the end of work.

• **Receive Trip Schedule** — View your scheduled trips with loading and unloading addresses, customer details, cargo information, and details.

• **Scan CMR Consignment Notes** — Scan paper consignment notes with the camera. Choose previously taken photos from the photo library.

• **Messages from Schedule** — Receive push notifications about changes, new trips, or important announcements.

• **Notes per trip** — Write comments and details directly with the correct trip.

**Privacy:**

• Location data is only recorded during your working hours, to allow the planning department to track you for operational purposes.

• Camera + photo library are only used for CMR scans at your initiative.

• No advertisements, no tracking for advertising purposes.

**Required:**

• An active driver account with a VYS-affiliated freight carrier.

• Login code is provided by the planning department.
