The WhiteVision app is an extension of the software solution that you can use at your workplace. View and approve invoices, advise colleagues faster and scan documents even more easily and save them as an attachment to an invoice or e-mail them to yourself. This new version has a brand new design, completely in line with our WhiteVision house style and with more user-friendliness and more functionality to help our workflow users work more efficiently.
To work! When your organization is ready to start working with the smartphone app, you can download and install the app on your phone. With your Microsoft account (which you also use in the web workflow) you can log in to the WhiteVision app.
You also need the environment code of your organization, so that we can set up the app in line with the specific configuration of your organization and your user role and rights. You can request this environment code from the WhiteVision administrator within your organization.
