About this app

Do you charge your electric car at home or at your company using a charging station with a MID meter? Then your charging current generates an ERE compensation. Zeres registers your charging current with the Netherlands Emissions Authority (NEa) as emission reduction units (EREs), sells them, and pays out the proceeds, after commission, into your own account. You charge, we take care of the rest.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Sign up in the app or at www.zeres.nl. You will immediately see if your charging station is eligible.

2. Grant us authorization for registration and upload your energy bill.

3. Connect your charging station, or, as a private individual, report your charging current yourself.

4. As soon as the NEa opens the register, we will register and pay out. We will notify you by email. WHAT YOU SEE IN THE APP
• Home: your charging current in kWh, your EREs and CO2 savings, and which steps of your application are still pending
• Charging station: your charging stations and whether they are connected
• Charging sessions: per session, when and how much you charged
• Profile: your details and documents, such as your power of attorney and energy bill
As soon as we can register with the NEa, overviews of your revenues and payments will also appear in the app.

WORKS WITH YOUR CHARGING STATION
Your charging station requires a built-in MID-certified kWh meter: only those measurements count towards the NEa. Don't have a charging station with a MID meter yet? With our charging station program, you get one without upfront purchase costs: you pay it off with your ERE compensation (you settle the installation separately).

FOR WHOM
For private individuals, businesses, and HOAs in the Netherlands. Business customers and HOAs view their file in the app: company details, agreement and power of attorney, and the charging stations per location.

REGISTERED WITH THE NEa
Zeres is a booking service provider with the Netherlands Emissions Authority, with its own account in the Register Energy for Transport. No subscription and no fixed costs: we charge a commission on the revenue. You can find the terms and conditions at www.zeres.nl.
