About this app

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Pengesekken is an independent, privately developed app. The app does not represent, is not affiliated with and is not approved by the Police, the Police Directorate, the Tax Administration, Statistics Norway or any other public agency. Calculations and explanations in the app are indicative.

Pengesekken collects shifts, overtime and salary overviews for police employees who follow the police ATB and relevant provisions in the HTA.

The app helps you register work schedules and overtime shifts, calculate expected remuneration and get a better overview of salary, working hours and documentation. You can work both backwards and forwards in time when shifts, salaries and rules are registered.

ROTARY WORK AND CALENDAR
• Register shifts manually or import work plans from TTA/PDF and ICS
• View day, evening and night shifts, holidays, weekly holidays and work notes in the calendar
• Compare TTA with basic roster and see changes, moved or new shifts
• Export calendar, share calendar image and use widget for active month or next shift
• Get optional notifications before upcoming shifts

OVERTIME AND COMPENSATION
• Register ordinary overtime, public holiday overtime and ordinary work on public holidays
• Calculate 50% and 100% overtime and applicable supplements for registered work
• Support for day off, weekly holiday, blank day and special compensation
• Register emergency shifts and get an overview of calculated compensation
• Check rest time between shifts, with display of ordinary and extended protection where relevant
• Create quick dials for shifts you use frequently

SALARY, TAX AND DEDUCTIONS
• Register annual salary with effective date and build salary history
• View pay periods both backwards and forwards in time
• Calculate table deductions or percentage deductions and register pension and other deductions
• Enter fixed supplements, holiday settlements, overtime and contingency
• See expected monthly salary and future payslips based on registered rotation and salary setup
• Get an annual overview of basic salary, supplements, overtime, tax and estimated net
• Compare salary development and purchasing power with CPI and reference paths

PAYROLL CHECK – BETA
Import a payslip in PDF format and compare it with the app's calculated expectation for the month. Payroll check can show differences in, among other things, gross, tax, deductions and net.

Payroll check is still being improved. Alerts show conditions that should be investigated, and do not necessarily mean that the salary payment is incorrect.

PRIVACY
Pengesekken does not require a login. Registered shifts, shifts and salary information are stored locally on the device and are not sent to Pengesekken or external analysis servers. Imported payslips are processed locally. Subscription and purchase status are handled by Google Play.

Some features require a subscription after a possible trial period.

The calculations are indicative and must be checked against actual payslip, local guidelines, current ATB/HTA and employer's assessment.
