The app has become unusable. Approving files doesnt work as it shows a number of files that haven't been approved, when there is nothing to approve (so DNB web page vs the app is not in sync). Furthermore, the transactions shown are wrong. Payments that are into the account and once showed up as transferred are now not visible, but the balance is correct. How is one supposed to run a business with a faulty app?

A truly sad experience. 1. Logging in is a nightmare: every single time i have to select login method (BankID, BankID on mobile, code), every single time I am asked to set up biometric login which I do, but the app seems to forget this ... At next login, the whole thing starts all over again. 2. eFaktura (electronic invoice) is absent. So you can't approve incoming invoices 3. Approve payments: simply sends you to the old web-based UI 4. "Key Figures" are simply blank/non existent.

I am trying to use them app,but every time I do that, I get the error "the application stopped working". it may be a problem between the phone and the app? The phone i use is a Samsung S25 Ultra.
