About this app
This C-Scope application provides mobile users with secure, near real-time access to the Common Operational Picture/VTS Traffic Image provided by Kongsberg Norcontrol IT maritime surveillance systems.
Objects (vessels, craft, buoys, etc) are detected and tracked by various sensors including radar, AIS, electro-optics, sonar, etc that are deployed in the operational area. Objects are portrayed according to configurable information collected by the C-Scope maritime surveillance system together with a variety of maps and charts including electronic navigation charts (S-57).
This is the perfect addition to any Kongsberg Norcontrol IT maritime surveillance system. Typical user groups include VTS Managers, Harbour Masters, Pilots, Tug Masters, Mooring gangs, Port Facility Security Officers, Incident management teams, quick reaction forces, senior commanders, etc
