Very hard to set up to get it auto playing on GPS triggers. And don't ask me "play this?" Just play it!! Surely that's the point! Also why not include a list of points to review & manually play? I eventually found a map to do this. But a simple list would be good too. On the plus side, content and narration are awesome! If only IT developers learned to thoroughly test their products from a dumb user (like me) perspective. Then the great content would be easily accessible!

I downloaded this app because it was required for the audio commentary on a fjord cruise. The instructions supplied by the tour operator directed customers to a website that did not exist, so I had to spend considerable time finding the app manually. Once onboard, the experience did not improve. The app was unreliable, the audio guide frequently failed to work as expected, and on several occasions the language changed unexpectedly.

would be 0 if possible. If a tour uses this app. Pick a different tour. It just doesn't work. Every tour I have been on that uses this app, even the staff hate the app.
