With the help of a few simple steps in the app, your expenses are recorded continuously! This means you don't delay anything, and you have control over the accounts at all times. With Folio, you don't have to save on receipts, and you don't have to think about employee expenses and travel bills. All necessary information about your transactions is stored in a file that is ready for accounting.
Every time you pay with the Folio card, you get a push notification asking you to take a photo of the receipt and confirm the purchase in the app. If you do this as soon as you have paid, you don't have to think about it anymore!
