The app is extremely bad at informing about failed payments, should also be possible to see a list of failed payments inside the app. But be sure that they know, you get a payment in the mail after some time with extra fees included... Also, it doesnt contain any "often parked location" / favourite parking spots functionality that could make it fast to select the correct zone. Needs to zoom into the map each time when gps is off..

What an unpleasant, waste of time morning I had, due to the new parking app! Not only that you have to introduce all the information again in the system, but also it is impossible to choose the location (Dragvol for example). Very unhappy with it! The old app was more user friendly, so much better!

We tried to charge our car in Trondheim but were not able as you need a Norwegian phone number to use the app. Called the number on the chargers and the person who answered was very friendly but she could not do anything to help us. Please make this app usable for people without a Norwegian phone number.
