About Henborg Coffee:
Henborg Coffee was born in a small kitchen in Birkeland, where founder Erik Henborg spent evenings experimenting with green beans from three continents. In 2019, the company was registered and the roasting room opened. In 2022, we were awarded Best Specialty Roaster in Agder County. Today, we have expanded the cafe to 200 m², and our mail order subscription reaches customers in 14 countries.

We work directly with small farmers in Ethiopia, Colombia and Guatemala — single-site beans traceable to farm and harvest date. Coffee is a ritual for us: every cup is made with intention, from the first crush to the last drop.
