ITX UC provides quick access to the ITX Unified Communications platform while on the go. All Customer information and communications history is easily accessible from the customer card. Quickly update agent online status and sign in and out of UC queues.

ITX CamCast allow for quick sharing of your mobile camera with your customer. Easily create a video stream from your phone camera, starting a session is quick enough to be started as part of a phone call sales-pitch. The stream is made available either through email or SMS and can be opened on any device with a modern web browser.

Push Notifications can be enabled to receive updates on subscribed events and activities.
This includes customer cases, scheduled meetings, emails, customer-SMS, and incoming queue calls.
