The NextGenTel app gives you a snapshot of your account, communication and invoices, as well as technical information and network messages.

If you have unpaid invoices, find the payment information in the app – or even easier; pay directly with Vipps from the app.

We are happy to finally release this app, and we will use the time forward to develop even more opportunities. Our goal is for you to effortlessly find the information needed without having to talk to us on the phone. COMING SOON: wifi setup, upgrade speed, change TV package and more.

This app is full of unlabelled buttons and controls. Thereby it is impossible for visually impaired users to know what to expect, when activating the controls; making the app inaccessible. Have told customer service, who just told me they would forward. Refused to let me get in touch with the developer team. The app is not in compliance with legal constitutions. Text labelling of all controls should be ensured, even from the very start, and no update released unless. Get it fixed asap.

Had to confirm account with thumb sensor. Did not work . Now the thumb sensor is on screen no.mather what. Making it hard to write , watch movies etc. Happens every time I start next gentle app. Also it says its 70mb constantly in speed even though my WiFi falls out.

Hi Snorre. This is a known issue on Huawei and Xiaomi phones that we are working on to fix. My tip is to not activate this function and only use pin until this is solved. The speed display shows your internet line speed, not the wifi connection, that will come in a later update. Christian NextGenTel

Installed this because the relative cheap price,very slow installation arrangement! Then speed turned out not good. Thought about switch to Get, then called and ask Nextgentel customer service how much I should pay to cancel. The answer was just to pay the current month and next month. So I installed Gets. But when I wanna cancel Nextgentel, were told by customer service a termination fee of 1875kr ! What a wrong message I got at the first time, and they refused to take the responsibility. Bad.
