Notably records physical meetings from your mobile or joins digital meetings when you invite the meeting assistant. The recording is processed into a searchable transcript, AI-generated minutes, and clear action points that are ready when the meeting is over.

With Notably, you can:

• record meetings directly from your mobile
• invite Notably to Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom
• connect to your Google or Outlook calendar for upcoming meetings
• upload existing audio recordings
• read transcripts and play meeting audio
• create AI-powered minutes with custom templates
• find decisions and action points across meetings
• organize and share meeting knowledge in your workspace

Privacy and control

Meeting data, transcripts, AI notes, and recordings are stored on GDPR-compliant EU infrastructure. You decide which meetings are recorded, and you must always obtain the necessary consent from participants. Meetings and accounts can be deleted from the app.

Subscription

Notably General is an optional monthly subscription. Qualified new subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew each month at the price shown in Google Play until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play. Subscriptions already purchased on the web or in the iOS app will continue to work and be managed by the payment source from which they were purchased.
