About this app
Use the app when checking in participants. Select activity and start check-in by scanning the QR code of the participants. Photo is taken automatically and the participant is registered as present. Click next and repeat.
To use the attendance registration app:
Activate QR code for the activity in Pindena, so that it is automatically sent with the registration confirmation
• Inform participants about the QR code so that they have it available at the meeting
Download Pindena Checkin on your mobile or tablet
• Log in with your username and password
• Select activity and start check-in
• Scan participants' QR codes when they arrive
• Participants are automatically registered as "Attended"
Features:
• Choose to stay logged in
• Activity list shows all upcoming activities sorted by date
• Search for activity
• Star activities, they will appear at the top of the activity list
• QR scanner
• Participant list shows distribution "Attended" and "Not met"
• Search for a participant
Click on participants to see status and contact info
• Change attendance status manually
NB. This app only works for customers with an active agreement on Pindena Premium.
