Great little app that provides easy access to key information and features. It's my default for checking status and such like. I've lost count of how many times I've turned on preconditioning from the comfort of a warm house or on the train journey home. It might sound silly but getting into a ice free, warm and cosy car is one of life's simple pleasures. My biggest irritation is lack of saving login information and biometric logins, especially the latter.

Hi there. Both login credentials storage and biometric authentication is supported. I recommend re-installing the app and see if the problem persists.

This is a brilliant example of how an app should be produced and it's free! It's always improving and the developer is very responsive to the comments and needs of I-Pace owners. If you have an I-Pace its really worth changing to an android phone just to be able to use this app. If I could give it 7 stars I would! I find the display of tyre pressures and charge state on the front page very helpful and it can send you a message if you have forgotten to lock your car. It provides greater control over charging than any other method and is the only I-Pace app to include a "Camper mode" which allows you to set a temperature inside the car when it is not being driven. That's very useful if you need to leave a pet or passenger in the car in hot or cold weather. I olny have one minor gripe; the excellent system for setting departure times so that the car is pre-conditioned before you get into it has a tiny "OK" button which is not obvious and easy to miss when setting up. If you forget and just hit "SUBMIT" you have to start again. It could be solved by giving OK a red background. As you can see, if this is the worst aspect of the app the rest must be excellent!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a lengthy review!! I appreciate the feedback! Regarding the departure timer submit button, there's actually a setting that let's you bypass that button entirely. Check the app settings and enable the quick-add departure timer setting :)

I've just discovered WattCat and cant believe how much of a better experience it is than the proprietary Jaguar app. My one complaint and its not a big one is the recorded trip data. I was always suprised that the Jaguar app did not record the total consumption on a journey, rather than the average. if it is possible to add this it would be really useful. the Nissan app had this feature and it was great for monitoring energy use.
