About this app
Are you really getting paid for all the hours and bonuses you are entitled to?
Hourkontroll is the simple timesheet app for Norwegian workers who want to have control over their pay. Register your shifts, and the app will calculate basic salary, overtime, evening bonus, weekend bonus, night bonus and public holiday bonus automatically — based on your own tariff rates.
✓ ALL ADDITIONS, AUTOMATICALLY
Evening bonus, Saturday bonus, Sunday bonus, night bonus and public holiday bonus are calculated for every single shift. No more mental calculations or Excel sheets.
✓ OWN ADDITIONS PER PROFILE
Enter standby bonus, dirt allowance, shift bonuses or other bonuses from your tariff. Choose weekdays and time periods for each bonus.
✓ STAMP IN AND OUT
Press "Stample in" when you start the day, "Stample out" when you end. A 30-minute break is automatically deducted for shifts over 5.5 hours.
✓ RATE TEMPLATES FOR YOUR INDUSTRY
Choose between NHO Industry, Trade and Office (Virk), Workshop, Construction and Construction, Health and Care — or create your own from scratch. Adjust all rates according to your specific collective agreement.
✓ PERCENTAGE OF POSITION AND WEEKLY OVERTIME
Part-time employees can choose a weekly overtime rule based on percentage of position (e.g. 50% × 37.5 h = 18.75 h per week). Ready for upcoming legislative changes.

See your month in a clear calendar with dots on days you have shifts. Holidays are marked in red.
✓ MONTHLY REPORT
Get an overview of total salary, distribution between basic salary and supplements, and compare months. Share the report as an image via SMS, email or Messenger, or export as CSV.
✓ NORWEGIAN HOLIDAYS BUILT-IN
May 17, Christmas, Easter, Whitsun — all Norwegian public holidays are pre-configured. You automatically receive holiday allowances on the correct days.
✓ DATA ON YOUR PHONE
All information is located locally on your phone. No cloud, no accounts, no analyses. If you uninstall the app, all data is gone. Done.
✓ WORKS OFFLINE
The app does not require internet. Register shifts offshore, in tunnels, or wherever you want.

Time control does not replace your employer's payslip. The calculations are indicative and must be verified against your collective agreement. In the event of a dispute about pay, contact HR or a shop steward.
