About this app

With UiO ID, employees, students and guests at the University of Oslo can easily submit a photo for an access card. The app retrieves a photo from a passport or national ID card.
Here's how it works:
• Scan the ID document (passport or national ID card)
• Read the chip by holding the document close to the phone
• Choose a personal PIN code for the access card
Students order the access card in My Studies and choose a pickup location there. Employees and guests collect the card at the Card Center.
You need a valid passport or national ID card to use the app.
