ProjectX is the cultural center's operating platform – and the app is in your pocket today. Made for everyone who works at the house: technicians, guards, producers and planners.

Today first. The app opens directly to today's events: who is playing, in which hall, status – and your own guards with attendance times.

Everything about the event. The production sheet with get-in, soundcheck and show start. Rider files and the requirements from the artist. Hospitality: food, hotel, transport and parking. The staffing with who is working and when they meet. Ticket sales live from the ticket system.

Guards and hours. See your upcoming guards and who you work with, take available guards straight from the app, and clock in and out – the time list is collected per pay period.

Receipts without paper clutter. Photograph the receipt when you shop – it is stored securely at the event, the amount is read automatically, and the financial manager puts it right in the settlement.

Calendar with search. The entire program month by month – and always one button back to today.

Access is provided by your cultural center: the app is for businesses that use the ProjectX platform, and your account is created by invitation. No open registration – and no tracking, ads or analytics in the app.
