Is Japan playable? Bought ticket, got mission accomplished but will not let me click it and screen is blue except the buttons (bag, store, ect.)

It was fun till lvl 8 to upgrade the cutting tool. It won't let me use ads to get more resources. Decent game otherwise

Would be 5 stars but I've downloaded this game a few times an un downloaded this game a few times but can't get to level 4 stars stop coming around 86/94 been the number I max out at an then nothing pops up to level up or build an I've ran around the map a few times hope you guys can fix it bc this games is easy to play an over all relaxing
