Ratings and reviews

Very confusing. Had an offer and subscribed for a year. Did not use it at all during this time - I don't eat out very often, and the offers aren't great despite introducing new places. There was a discrepancy between card and account which made it very hard to login. I deleted the app, a while later received email saying I'd paid the £30 renewal cost! To cancel you have to go through the app and login again. And their T&Cs are not lenient, even Apple offers refunds for unused subs! Avoid!!

Biometric sign in needed! I appreciate the discounts I get, especially as I only paid an introductory £1 for the year, but, the app is so annoying! No biometric sign in means you have to put in your password EVERY SINGLE TIME you use the app. Very tiresome when you're in a coffee shop and flicking between the app and the coffee shop loyalty app.

Get messages to check out local offers, so I click on the link and it doesn't load. Tells me there are offers for Greene King and other brands, but none of their restaurants are listed in my local places to visit. I'm 300m from one of them and it isn't listed. Edit - none of the many variations of the Greene King brand, as an example, are listed within a 15 mile radius. There are virtually all of the parts of Greene King in my area and none show on the app. It is only hotels, not pubs
