Can't even open the app. It just shows the loading screen for eternity. App interface is too bad actually, espically when you could make user experience so good these days. The app itself dosen't contain the option to change password.

Worst and most useless app I’ve ever used. None of the features work properly. I honestly don’t understand why this app even exists. A simple website would work far better than this. The only thing it does is show remaining plan days, which is pointless. Why did CGNet even make this app? Calling it an app feels disrespectful. Please either fix it properly or rebuild it from scratch.

Too much worst and worst customer service don't use CG network I recommend not to use CG network
