This app is the worst. The day that I downloaded it, it was working fine, but after a couple of days of use, when I opened the app, it just kept getting stuck at the loading page forever. Even when I cleared the cache, the issue still persisted. This app needs a lot of optimisation. Truly a horrible app!

Very disappointing service. This is the second internet outage within a week, and it has seriously affected my work and daily activities. I understand that technical issues can happen, but frequent disruptions are unacceptable for a paid service. What makes it worse is that customer support is extremely difficult to reach—I called multiple times and no one answered. Other ISPs seem to provide more stable service, so I expect better reliability from CG Net. Please improve your network stability,

can't even open it. user name always invalid even if I'm using my username and password,am so disappointed this time,I have been using cg net from long time but this time I think I'm going to change it
