I have purchased a 1-month pack of Net TV Cine+ today, but none of the programs are available on it. Have we been cheated by purchasing the pack? If we are being asked to pay separately for each program, what is the point of purchasing this pack?

This app is seriously disappointing. It’s very limited, offering mostly Nepali channels and missing many popular ones. On top of that, the experience on mobile is far worse compared to TV—it doesn’t even feel like the same service. If it can’t provide a consistent, quality experience across devices, then honestly, it’s not worth keeping and should be removed.
