I am highly disappointed with the service. The internet speed is incredibly slow and constantly fluctuates. To make things worse, their customer support and technical team take forever to respond. Whenever a problem occurs, it takes them at least 15 days just to resolve a single issue. This is completely unacceptable. If you can add some features like opening router setup page then it can be way more useful than before because people can open router setup page even from another side of the world by using this app. Please if you can add the feature to open router setup page then it will be a huge help.
