Worst internet service and extremely poor customer support. I have been contacting Subisu for the past 11 months, but my issues are still unresolved. They keep me on hold, transfer me to different people, or promise a callback that never comes. The service is unreliable and frustrating. If you have any other internet option, I strongly recommend choosing it over Subisu

I am highly disappointed with the service. The internet speed is incredibly slow and constantly fluctuates. To make things worse, their customer support and technical team take forever to respond. Whenever a problem occurs, it takes them at least 15 days just to resolve a single issue. This is completely unacceptable. If you cannot provide reliable internet and timely support, you shouldn't be in business. Please fix your network and improve your resolution time immediately!The internet speed is
