Worst app ever i have used. Always problems with login with PRAN and password. Even after we setting all things. Again it shows invalid password. Then we tries to setting a new password,, it shows that password shouldn't match with last 4 pin. After a lot of unsuccessful attempts,,, my NPS account became locked. Thank u NPS for your valuable service. If u couldn't able to do the service in a better way,,, don't try it again.

i wanted to give zero, but posting needs at least one star. what happened to the app. for the last an hour or so, I've been trying to make payment to my nps account. but either the app is not redirecting properly or the transaction is getting failed. it was far easier and better managed earlier. pls resolve asap.

I view my funds in almost every 4-6 months but every time I have found password expire, why password expire after every 3-6 months,Also every password should be unique don't match with earlier, now in last 6 years I have change so many times that I don't have any new password idea, I know it for security purposes but now a days most of banking apps are not asking to change password so frequently
