This app won't even open properly half the time. The layout is not very intuitive. Half the features are useless to most normal customers, but they're in the way of regular functions we would need, rather than being in a submenu just for those who actually need them. It's just overall a poorly designed and poorly built app. Not sure why they went in this direction. I've even uninstalled it and reinstalled it due to a notice that "there's a new version of this app" but that didn't fix anything.

Functional, but could use some QOL improvements. 1. Dashboard might be easier to use if balances and total are listed vertically vs the horizontal scroll. 2. I think the quick transfer option on the dashboard is unnecessary, most of the time I just use the transfer tab. 3. Decreasing logo sizes with less spacing might make it easier to read. Especially top right tab, there are a lot of things listed, and that makes it feel cluttered.

Way to spring this on us without warning. The app is cluttered and more difficult to navigate than the old one. None of my bill pay info carried over from the old app which is the most frustrating part. I have to enter all these accounts again manually. I am not getting texts alerts like I should. The one good thing is that now I can see and use my kids' accounts. Other than that the old addage applies "If it ain"t broke, don't fix it".
