I downloaded this app for parking while visiting Christchurch. The app was unable to locate my parking location. The spot where you put in the parking information was grayed out and I wasn't able to find it in the map either. I had added $10 to the funds part and could not find a way to return it to my bank account. I emailed them and was told there is a $5 administrative fee. I already paid a fee of 0.92 cents when I added the funds. Basically donated money for a service couldn't use

This once-useful app has gone downhill. I couldn't pay for parking, which is kinda the point. The first problem was when the app invited me to type in the parking area. I tried typing "Vivian Street", but nothing appeared on the screen. Perhaps it expected me to type "W01", the code that appears on various parking signs. That's just poor design. I managed to find the place on the map, but then the app didn't respond when I tried to add time or pay. Maybe I wasn't logged in??

Cost to pay is exorbitant. I'm talking about the fees you charge to load money. $10 costs 77 cents and $20 costs $1.56. Loading from a bank account is slightly less, 62 cents for $10. I can't see the justification, surely you charge the council to utilise the app, that should be their overhead or yours to cover.
