RUNS ON HARDWARE YOU ALREADY OWN
Dash is a meeting room display that runs on almost any Android tablet, phone, or smart TV. If you would rather use purpose-built hardware, PoE room scheduling panels from our hardware partners ship with Dash preinstalled. WORKS WITH YOUR CALENDAR
Dash connects directly to Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, and also supports any calendar/scheduling service your device can display through its built-in calendar (such as on-prem Exchange servers and CalDAV). Book from your desk using Outlook or Google Calendar, and book from the room with your Dash display. There is no intermediate server: each display connects to your room calendar directly, so we never see your meeting titles, descriptions, or attendees.

• Book the room for an impromptu meeting in one tap, or schedule a later time. Add attendees so that colleagues working from home get a video call invite
• Extend your meeting if it's running over, or end it early to free up space for others
• If the room is already taken when you need it, find a free conference room nearby and book it in one tap

STOP LOSING MEETING ROOMS TO NO-SHOWS
Dash's optional check-in feature lets you reclaim rooms from no-shows. If nobody checks in, Dash removes the room from the meeting, making it available to others. The organizer and attendees' calendars are untouched, so an online meeting can continue. Dash can also permanently remove the room from recurring series if check-ins are missed several times in a row.

MANAGE YOUR DISPLAYS CENTRALLY
Whether you have two meeting rooms or two hundred, you can deploy and centrally configure Dash on all of your display devices using our Dash Enterprise web management dashboard or your MDM system of choice (such as Intune or Hexnode). The web dashboard supports single sign-on with SAML 2.0 or OpenID Connect, user roles with two-factor authentication, and meeting room analytics. Contact us for more information.

We've fixed a bug displaying extended characters when connected to Microsoft 365.

• Countdown: A circular timer showing time left in a meeting. Mount it in or outside the room so everyone sees when time's nearly up.
• Schedule dashboard: The full day's schedule for several rooms on one display. Ideal for lobbies and shared areas.
• What's on: Current and upcoming meetings across all rooms at a glance. Ideal for reception so visitors find the right room.
