TechView is BDT's technical service and support platform, built for field professionals servicing products distributed by Black Diamond Technologies Limited (BDT) in New Zealand.

BDT is the authorised New Zealand distributor for Mitsubishi Electric. TechView is a BDT-developed tool built specifically for the service trade.

Access is restricted to verified users:
• Service providers with a BDT Trading Account, or
• Verified trade customers with an established relationship with BDT

Once approved, TechView provides on-site access to technical resources across the product categories you service:

• Commercial HVAC
