Everything was working fine up until December last year, but since then the app has stopped showing any usage data. I logged a support ticket with Genesis and followed up, and was advised the issue had been escalated to their IT team with a promised response within 5 days — however, I haven’t received any updates since. Disappointing experience as the app is currently not usable for its main purpose.
