Update, have been using for a while know and find that for me it's not that useful as I average 1.5 kWh per day and they only have increments of 1kwh so I oscilate between either 1 or 2 KWH per day. Also my meter didn't support hourly updates. Just installed and phoned customer service with question. she was knowledgeable and able to explain and walk me through all the features. Looking forward to when I can get hourly and gas, which is in the pipeline.
Why does the latest update require access to my phone's camera when it didn't previously?
Cant even log on I have used this app for so long and loved it. I accidently deleted it so downloaded again but now i can't log on. I've reset my password alot of times and still can't log on. It just keeps saying my consumer number is wrong which it is not and that i have tried to log on in correctly too many times. Im just going around in circles and it's frustrating! Please help.
Ever since I moved house it doesn't show me the monthly, daily or hourly power usages anymore. If this can't be fixed than I'm just going to delete the app. If I just wanted to see my power bill I'd just go online.

Please reinstate hourly usage as per below comments. You have stated 'most' customers weren't using the hourly feature so I can only assume there is a vocal minority who did and we are hurting your ranking.
Great hrly view is back 4 stars, Thanks. Com'on Genesis, hrly view gone. The hrly view feature has been able to save customers on power usage, by enabling people to diagnose and recognise high usage appliances. Surely you cant take a great feature like that away. Com'on Genesis bring it back.
