Cant even log on I have used this app for so long and loved it. I accidently deleted it so downloaded again but now i can't log on. I've reset my password alot of times and still can't log on. It just keeps saying my consumer number is wrong which it is not and that i have tried to log on in correctly too many times. Im just going around in circles and it's frustrating! Please help.
Ever since I moved house it doesn't show me the monthly, daily or hourly power usages anymore. If this can't be fixed than I'm just going to delete the app. If I just wanted to see my power bill I'd just go online.

Please reinstate hourly usage as per below comments. You have stated 'most' customers weren't using the hourly feature so I can only assume there is a vocal minority who did and we are hurting your ranking.
Great hrly view is back 4 stars, Thanks. Com'on Genesis, hrly view gone. The hrly view feature has been able to save customers on power usage, by enabling people to diagnose and recognise high usage appliances. Surely you cant take a great feature like that away. Com'on Genesis bring it back.
Insta-Fail, can't even login First app I've ever seen that fails so miserably so quickly after installing. Can't even login. Correct username and password and perfect internet .... yet it shows network connection error. Disasterous
Newest version extremely slow Use to keep updating and would show the previous day now lags four days behind and we have the newest version it won't show hourly usage have emailed query with no reply ....have tried hourly in the settings comes up as not avaliable
