iq app does not work for our home address, issue has been raised with genesis multiple times with no fix. the only two things the app does is provide us with a cartoon picture of our house and the ability to order a gas bottle. of they can't get the app to work maybe they should stop teaching about it in their advertising.

Useless since the latest update, won't even open, even after reinstall. And still by far the most glitchy, failing app I have on my phone. Still doesn't work. , and to be quote honest is the most consistently failing app on my phone. Hasn't actually worked properly since the day you introduced it.

Hi, just checking in whether you're still having any issues with Energy IQ (we're sorry for the big delay in getting back to you on this). We spent our summer break improving the whole app experience and have just released v8.11.0. Update to the latest version and let us know here (via updated review) if you're still having problems. Thanks!

will no longer load, starting to get ridiculous now, im struggling to order gas because the app wont load at all, when it finally does load when i open the app... nothing on the app will work🤦🏻‍♀️ i live pretty isolated and i really rely on deliveries which is only on one certain day a week and if i miss that day! we miss out on heating/water until the next delivery day! please sort this issue out, its winter! its snowing where i live! we need warmth

Our teams are working hard to resolve these issues and get the app back up and running smoothly. You're also able to order bottled gas through our automated phone system, please call 0800 300 400 and follow the prompts.
