They tend to reply to any concerns promptly. It is good to be able to use the app for free. Sharing the inspection with the tenant is not the most simple thing, many selections, clicks... They are improving it, I had issues signing it on my phone. It would be handy if the app would create new inspections based in the rooms already set but it seems I have to generate a whole new room setup. I am not getting the reminders either even though I have their notifications allowed.

Good day, I have the paid version of the app. Lately while busy with an inspection the app "kicks" me out and then I cannot continue with the inspection of the property and only once I restart my phone can I continue. This is very frustrating and doea it everytime I'm trying to do an inspection and basically I cannot make use of the app as it currently is. But I can see the potential of this being a very great tool.

App looks great, easy to use and love that the reports can be made into pdfs. Would like to see some checkboxes of things to inspect in room as a guide (i.e. Light switches, curtains, floors, etc)
