App is OK, I preferred to do the inspections in a browser, but that option has disappeared. I can only E-sign half the time, the box moves when trying to sign with my finger, support refuses to acknowledge the problem as they can't replicate the issue but also refused to let me send a video of the issue. It was never an issue before.

Disappointed guys. You've done nothing but port the web app (badly) to a mobile browser. Maybe have a rethink about the customer experience and what would actually be of value in a mobile app. Love the platform but sorry I expected more.
