Tracking services are down half the time. Copy and paste number doesn't work well and international to domestic tracking numbers synced. Another poor service NZer's are forced to use.
It works mostly..
So much for their saturation adverts. The large parcel that arrived TWO WEEKS ago is still showing as "not yet tracked" on the app. The previous parcel I got didn't show up on the app for a week. Why bother having an app? Or a tracking system? Useless and pathetic. Like their ads. They say they'll leave the parcel anywhere and can't even find the door half the time.
The most hopeless app Only one star and thats because it tells me delivery successful after I signed for it and thats all it tells me. Back to 17TRACK for a full run down of where my item is in the world
Last few updates ruined this app For a short time, this app worked great and was responding relatively quickly. Since the option to redirect has been introduced, it's gone downhill quickly. Usability and speed is very very bad.
Slow to load tracked parcels Showing a bunch of old parcels as 'not yet tracked' takes ages to load them to delete one by one... Sigh, giving up and using the website

• Last updated timestamp introduced in tracking list and tracking detail view
• Updated tracking refresh logic
• Provide us with feedback on the NZ Post App in our new App feedback section
• You can now redirect your parcels to a Parcel Collect Location and see these locations in the Locator tool of the app
