Ratings and reviews

App doesn't even work. Needs a minus star rating, it's garbage. I had 2 parcels delivered today but app is showing no tracking and no information yet i have my items. Next problem I paid for overnight delivery 2 days ago but no tracking updates & no overnight parcel. Waiting on another parcel app days delivery today once again no parcel & no tracking updates for last 3 days. NZ post is a poor service, what's the point of having an app when nothing works? Appalling service. Will be uninstalling.

💩💩💩💩💩rating. Useless non functional app. Can't change delivery address and wants to charge you if you try. But don't worry, you can't change it even to their collection points because none come up in the dialogue box, so you won't be charged. Must be NZ Post's way of making sure they can't rip you off for wanting to change a delivery address. This is probably the only NZ app that is worse than it's Australian equivalent.

can't use tracking without logging into the app. NZ Post should never have made this change... you should not ever need to log in to check a tracking. I understand it for those that want more with it and to be able to do additional things with it but forcing Everyone to do the same is atrocious... allow us to check tracking without any loging in.
