Fix the bloody app FFS! CANT LOG IN! When is this going to be fixed? It's been going on since at least September, if not longer! Can't log in and can't contact customer service due to the cursor not showing up anywhere! Can't type anything other tracking numbers to search, but those won't save due to not being able to log in! Grrr! Will amend feedback depending on when/if this is fixed!
It's completely useless for me at the moment. The app is showing all kinds of packages being tracked, but none of them are active or even mine! It's showing a completely different list to the website. I have emailed screenshots to the address mentioned on this Google Play listing.
Can't login, the cursor wont show in the username/email address field and my typing goes nowhere. Not a great start with an App I would use a lot. If it would work!
Pathetic app. Express courier reached a week ago and still doesn't show its received. I think u should give good customer service if u r charging that heavily on international couriers.
Very buggy only works sometimes. I have a Samsung s8 so you would think it would work well on the latest phones. Can't type/ login as the cursor won't appear
Usually good. Recently glitchy. My tracking has been "unavailable" for the past few days, although the desktop version is fine.
