Kia ora! Fun little app. As an inexperienced but very keen te reo tauira ( or should that be tauira te reo??🤔) I think that pairing vowels/dipthongs would be helpful, eg tereina has the "rei" separated as " re - i" but then pronounced correctly. I think this an area of particular problem for new tauira of te reo Māori. Hope this makes sense. Keep up the great work. Arohanui
Highly reccomend this app to everyone and really love this. Good for our tamariki and those who only know so much about their culture. Is pāpapa bringing out anymore any more apps like this? If so does anyone know when?
Thank god someone has finally come up with this - great idea! Can't wait to get the more advanced ones when they're out, it's a great way to learn and keep the language alive :)
Tumeke! :-) can't wait for subsequent learning in our whanau. My 9 year old picked it up with ease & I'll be learning right beside her. Keep up the learning. Ma te wa x
One of the 1st Maori words my mokopuna learnt was papapa. The app is very easy for him to use and he loves it. Thank you for your innovation and creativity. Our whanau love it and using children/toddlers on the app adds a special dimension and attraction. Cant wait for the next one.
Fantastic! Went through it before my 4 year old. Ka Pai!
