We have installed and sold hundreds of these. The app does have a few bugs and a few issues. However, once set up the hardware is solid, very few failures of the hundreds we've put in. If what you want is to measure level, get alerts, and control a pump/alarm/relay with good logic options this is the best quality affordable system on the market.

Tank Level graph doesn't work (unable to display graph data). Weather doesn't work. Can't share "view only". Just takes you to a in browser picture. Can't log into app with multiple android devices on same account. Called about these issues and was told "it's just a cheap system" I'm in over $800 US dollars. It's not cheap. I'm not getting what I was sold.

Summary: Smartwater Hardware is Great. App is Awful! I have had the hardware and app for several months and the app is just plain badly done. The daily "graph" is not even a graph - it is a single point snapshot at one time of day (which you can't even pick). There is no weekly graph and the monthly graph uses a running average which means any problems in the system are hidden by the average for as long as 10 days. It does not show minimum or maximum levels due to the "snapshot" behavior.
