Ratings and reviews

Over the last 2 times that I have tried to book a supershuttle and was about to pay, it popped up with an error saying that my device wasn't connected to the internet. However, the strange thing is that my device was both times connected to the internet. In the end I had to use another type of transport up to get to my destinations.

The idea of tha app is really good, but poorly implemented. I finally managed to make a booking after 3 attempts as it kept crashing. But now I can't see my booking because it throws an error when trying to retrieve it. Hopefully they'll fix all the bugs as it seems a useful app.

This seemed a good idea but having installed and followed the prompts to add my existing bookings the app kept crashing. Therefore pointless. I certainly will not be adding any credit card details as I have no confidence in the app's stability and therefore security!
