VariationProof helps tradespeople record extra work clearly before it turns into a dispute.

Create a variation record on site, add evidence photos, describe what changed, price the work, apply GST settings, generate a PDF, and send it to the builder or client.

Free users can:

VariationProof is local-first. Core records, photos, PDFs and proof history are stored on the phone. No VariationProof server is required for the basic workflow.

The goal is simple: record the extra work, price it clearly, send it properly, and keep evidence if someone argues later.
