This apps seems not connected to its website. I tried to buy tickets in the app, but no ewallet payment option available, so I bought in website. It sent emails quoting the reference number and mentioned can just scan QR code from app profile page to enter the hall. However, the booking history were not updated in the app and when I scanned QR code, MBO system showed invalid entry. What a disappointing experience!

It has problem with not detecting my internet even though I have 4G connection. it has been going on for a while. Also, should do away with booking fees. If people are going to skip, another additional fees won't hold them back. fix the connection error for a higher star rating.

App is quite poor.. I do prefer mbo over other movie platform. The problem with the app is that i cant do any purchases. I had to go into my pc to purchase a ticket. Adding on, im only able to viee my points not even my purchases nor past purchases. Qr code doesnt even pop up in the app. I had to print it as a proof of purchase. Please do solve this problem as soon as possible.
